- June 3, 2009: VNA & Hospice Receives Grant from Holt Fund
The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of VT and NH (VNA & Hospice) was recently awarded a grant by the Fanny Holt Ames and Edna Louise Holt Fund. The grant was used to purchase specialized infant and pediatric equipment for the Maternal Child Health Program (MCH). See full article
- May 20, 2009: VNA & Hospice Receives grant from Thrifty Attic
The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of VT and NH (VNA & Hospice), a non-profit organization providing maternal child health, home health and hospice services, was recently awarded a grant by Thrifty Attic. The grant was used to purchase a portable projector for community education workshops on “Promoting Patient Advocacy through Caregiving”. See full article
