Wellness and prevention is a key element of a balanced community health program. The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire offers clinics in many of the towns it serves. These clinics help people avoid illness and control chronic diseases.

Clinics are open to the public, as a community service.

As a benefit to the communities we serve, our clinic nurses provide free or inexpensive wellness services throughout our area. Appointments are not needed for most clinics.
