Wellness and prevention is a key element of a balanced community health program. The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire offers clinics in many of the towns it serves. These clinics help people avoid illness and control chronic diseases.

We offer the following types of clinics, in public venues throughout our service area: 

• Health, wellness and education, including pill planner consultation
• Foot care
• Blood pressure checks
• Flu shots

Eligibility

Clinics are open to the public, as a community service.

H1N1 Flu Clinics are free for Vermont residents that are older than 6 months of age.

2009 Seasonal Flu Clinic Schedule

Due to overwhelming demand, we have depleted our supply of seasonal flu vaccine. All upcoming VNA & Hospice flu clinics are cancelled. It is unlikely that we will receive any additional flu vaccine as many drug companies have stopped seasonal flu vaccine production.
